The first Berlin based festival in 2007 featured nearly 60 Netaudio artists and 25 labels from seven countries. In addition it included different Visual Artists, performances and an audiovisual exhibition. Also a day programme was formed that gave a platform to open discussions not only regarding Creative Commons ideas but also free offers of high quality music productions not only as downloads...but in real life!
With over 100 participating artists spread over 3 nights, the 2nd Netaudio Festival Berlin in 2009 gave a comprehensive insight into the various musical genres, concentrating on a selection of Berlin’ finest  electronic music, namely, House, Techno and Minimal. However, many  artists from the fields of Ambient, Noise, Dub, Drum’n’Bass, Pop, Triphop, Dubstep, Breakbeats, Drone, Hip Hop and Techdub were added to the varied musical program. The musical programme was crowned by such illustrious figures as Pheek, D. Diggler, Erich  Lesovsky, Marc Schneider, Goldwill, Tanith, Stereoshape, SCSI-9,  Disrupt, Holger Flinsch, Marko Fürstenberg, and the  Kraftfuttermischwerk. The day program included numerous workshops and discussions with top experts as well as a film program, showcases, netaudio fair, and various contributions from other art forms.
